1. Introduction

These Terms of Use govern your access to rentalook.ae and your use of the Rent a Look Dubai dress rental service. By using the website or booking a rental, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings

Bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp or Instagram once payment or try-on arrangements are agreed. Availability is subject to confirmation.

3. Rental period & returns

The standard rental period is 4 days. Late returns are charged an additional 50% of the rental price per extra day.

4. Care & liability

The renter is responsible for the dress during the rental period. Damages, stains or loss are charged as described in our Rental Terms.

5. Payments

We accept cash, payment links (5% card fee) and bank transfer.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
