Delivery & Returns

Wear it beautifully. Return it with care.

Delivery

We deliver across Dubai 7 days a week.

Same day delivery available upon request.

Covers the service if you don't keep any dress.

Try on a maximum of 3 dresses at once.

Our driver waits while you try the dresses on.

If you keep a dress, the 100 AED is deducted from the price.

Our driver picks up your dress after 4 days. Receive it Monday, we collect Thursday.

Late returns are charged an additional 50% of the rental price per extra day.

Pay when our driver delivers. Please have the exact amount, our driver doesn't carry change.

Receive a secure link to pay online. A 5% fee is added for card payments.

Transfer directly to our bank account and share your proof of payment.

All dresses are professionally cleaned after each rental.

Tell us about any damage or defect on the day you receive the dress, before wearing it.

Avoid makeup, tan, oil, perfume and sharp items. Stains or damage are charged based on cleaning or repair cost.

Large damages, burns, tears or missing parts are charged at the full value of the dress.
